Delivery in Latvia
For orders within Latvia, delivery is carried out in just 1–4 business days. Regardless of your location, whether it’s Riga or a small town, we will ensure your order is delivered promptly and without delays.
International delivery
If you are outside Latvia, don’t worry — we deliver orders worldwide. The international delivery time is 5–7 business days, depending on the destination country.

Product Return Policy and Procedure
We strive to make the shopping process as convenient and reassuring as possible for our customers. If for any reason the product is not suitable for you, it can be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.

In order for us to accept a product return, the following conditions must be met:
• Product condition: the returned item must be in perfect condition, without any damage, scratches, or signs of use.
• Uninstalled product: for technical or assembly-required items, they must not be installed, assembled, or subjected to any use.
• Original packaging: the item must be returned in its original packaging with all included components, instructions, and labels, if any.
How to Return a Product
- Contact us: email our customer support at service@evcharge.lv or call us, providing your order number and the reason for the return.
- Prepare the product for return: make sure it meets all the return conditions.
- Send the product: you can return the item in a way convenient for you — either by handing it to a courier or placing it in a parcel locker. Return address: Ganību dambis 22d, Riga, LV-1045.
Refund
After receiving and inspecting the product to ensure it meets the return conditions, we will refund the money to your specified account or card within 5 business days.
